Often, when we are very exhausted and stressed, we let our good habits slip. We don’t take proper care of ourselves. Instead of sticking with our healthy, sustainable habits that will make us feel good and energetic not just in the moment but also in the future, we seek short-term rewards that do not serve us. They can aggravate our state of depletion.
This audio contains positive suggestions for healthy eating. It doesn’t tell you what to eat and what not to eat because you already know that. Instead, it encourages you to make wise, healthy, future-oriented choices that are in line with your long-term goals. It invites you simply to eat healthily and intuitively, to stop eating when you are full, and to concentrate fully on your food while you are eating. It also invites you to imagine yourself in a vibrant, energy-filled, strong and healthy body – the body you want to be in, and to begin taking steps towards making it a reality.
Healthy Eating is one of a series of three guided trances that are about basics. The other two are sleep and exercise. Just focusing on the basics can be a powerful first step for lifting ourselves out of the wasteland of exhaustion.
This trance works best when you can close your eyes and fully and safely relax completely. Headphones really enhance the experience. Never listen to these trances whilst driving.
